These terms cover the text messages sent through GLA's (Gulf Lead Automation) missed-call text-back service and the use of this website.
The messaging program
GLA sets up automatic text replies for local businesses. When you call one of those businesses and the call isn't answered, you may receive one text from that business's number letting you know your call was seen. You can reply to the text, and your reply is passed to the business so they can get back to you.
- How you're included: only by calling the business. Numbers are never added from purchased, rented or uploaded lists.
- Message type: customer-care replies, not marketing or promotions.
- Frequency: varies, typically one message per missed call.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You'll receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact GLA at glaautomation9@gmail.com or (251) 242-1221.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are never sold or shared for marketing.
Business clients
Businesses using GLA's service agree to use it only to reply to people who have called them, to keep messages customer-care focused unless separate consent is collected, to honor opt-outs, and to provide accurate business information for carrier registration. Pricing, setup and other details are covered in each client's service agreement.
